Who we are

My Key to Close provides concierge support to home buyers: planning, search curation, tour coordination, negotiation support and closing coordination. We are an independent service. We are not a real estate brokerage, law firm or licensed inspector, and we do not provide legal advice. Where licensed professionals are required, we help you select and coordinate them.

Engagements and pricing

Services are provided under a written engagement with flat pricing quoted before work begins. The scope, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in that agreement.

Refunds

You may cancel before your kickoff call for a full refund. After work has begun, refunds are prorated for the portion of the engagement not yet delivered.

Your responsibilities

Buying decisions are always yours. We provide information, coordination and support, and you remain responsible for reviewing and signing all documents related to your purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.
